Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original box and secure them inside a mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your parcel to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
